    Looks like you got a tonne of advice already.. lol.. Mm, really liked the helmut you made. Don't be afraid to vary your line width, like going from thin to thick in one line, it adds a lot of interest to the line if you do this. But cool bro, keep up. =)

    Hey there,

    Hope you had major fun in last few days eh? I got lazy to update but finally did a one . Still have to do a lot coz i started the 'Heads & Hands' book. As you mentioned in my sb i have do do some new concepts. After i finish this ref doing which is in hold for weeks, ill get to it.

    Anyways, nothing much to say im afraid. The weapon designs looks interesting especially the one in middle. Nice Doggies! and whats wrong with the eye of the rightmost dog? did you stylize it?

    About the 'Wrong Vampire' drawing, you ought to provide a small back story mate. Its looking cool but little flat. Youll be able to fix this once you get to the skin layer so dont worry.

    Sorry to disappoint you but you failed sending Mr Gibson. Better luck next time my friend. I knew you would send him my way but hey i wont probably give you a chance :p

    Hey dude!
    I love the progress you are making with traditional art,and the photoshopped pages are actually a really nice touch,might try it myself sometime
    One thing:IMO you should do more anatomy studies like Bridgman!
    Keep it up dude,I can see a lot of improvement here!

    Sweet updates dude! So much to catch up on, I can't remember the last time I checked up on this place. The sketches in #573 are my favorite so far. They show a lot of character and humor.
    Keep working on your anatomy and keep posting You're a sketch machine and I love it.

    Hah, wrong vampire! You need to find the right vampire now : o

    Figures are lacking structure in places, so keep studying anatomy
    (book suggestion: Figure Drawing Design and Invention)

    Keep up the good work mate, I'm enjoying your updates.

    Paperhead;
    Hello and welcome, very happy to see a new person viewing and posting
    in my sketchbook, and I am even more happier cause you like the design
    and the way I post my drawings. My linework is pretty messy, but what
    should I do, I am a messy person. I will surely study more anatomy and
    perspective in the future, I am a real beginner at those things.
    Thank you very much, I am visiting your house pretty soon.

    shiNIN;
    You should not feel guilty about me writing so much, cause you are
    a real person with who I can make a honest conversation.
    Why not to flirt? I like your personality and flirting is just so natural
    here. Mel Gibson is also here today with me, he came to my shack to
    return my lawnmower, and he also wants to talk and maybe flirt with
    you. I can send him to your house at Friday around 19:00h, if that
    suits you? Please reply as soon as you can, so I could tell him if you
    agree.
    The nice looking guy is kinda weird I know, all messed up, but it was
    just a failed exercise, next ones will be much better I hope.
    You do not understand the “Wrong Vampire” cause you did not watched
    the movie. It is a scene from one of the best movies I have ever seen in
    my life many times, but firstly as a child it was so scary and spooky, and
    after became funny. I compare that scene, which I have portrayed above,
    with something like the Hitchcock shower scene. The only thing that this one
    is much better. Any way, I could give a five star for the person who guesses
    the movie. Thank you very much for being with me. Do not forget about Gibson.

    ryanoir;
    There is never enough studies, I know that. But
    what would we do, if there were never any fail situation in the world?
    This is a fail situation and I love it. Something like, dead and loving it.
    Oh poor Leslie Nielsen, R.I.P.
    Thank you for your support.

    Kungfoowiz;
    Yea, I got a few advices, I am happy that you like my latest drawings. I
    will try to vary my pencil line thickness and come back even stronger.
    Thank you very much.

    Devastacio;
    Yo-ho-ho. I got lazy myself lately, these Christmas days are killing me. Huh, need
    to take some air and some break.
    Actually one of those above is not a dog. One is a dog and the other is an imaginary
    horse. They are anatomically incorrect, but hey those are just the creations of my
    imagination, they can be a bit more flawed.
    Wrong Vampire is intended to be flat, kinda like a cartoony, comic book style.
    The strongest thing that makes it flat, is the hard outline. Good one noticing that.
    I can send Gibson to you, but not on Friday, cause on Friday he will be visiting
    shiNIN. Thank you for the support.

    equilerex;
    Very good job of guessing the Master-Blaster. Hey, Mad Max is a MUST for all
    fantasy artists. Thank you very much for encouraging me. See you later.

    DSmith;
    Hello, and welcome. Good that you came here, cause I went immediately to
    your sketchbook and browsed it through, and I realized how serious you are
    about your art, and I saw that you are a hard worker, and that you made
    phenomenal results in this last year. I am honestly hope that we could work
    together in the future and to share our opinions. You have some mega-talent
    there and you are only 16. Thank you for the advices and for the support.

    Sweron;
    Zao mi je sto cujem da si bio bolestan, nadam se
    da je to sve proslo. Sretan Bozic.
    Hvala na poseti.

    Naidy;
    Please do not have a heart attack!
    That would make me real sad.
    I like you more better alive and drawing.

    Ramalooke;
    Hey, long time no see, good to have you back.
    Thank you for visiting, viewing, for the advice and for your support.
    I really appreciate your presence. And you have opened a new page
    for me. New page – a new start. I like new pages. Thank you.

    Dana_T;
    I love to see that small white dog’s cute face from time to time.
    Quite a time has passed since you been here, but that is not
    important. What is important is that you are here now and that
    you liked some of my sketches. Thank you for the nice words of
    encouragement. Will return the favor surely.

    jeremygordon;
    I will try to find your suggested book, the Figure Drawing Design
    and Invention. I think that I do not have that one. Happy that you
    like the latest sketches. Thank you for the support and for the motivation.

    catukas;
    Thank you for checking out my sketchbook.
    It is time for you to post some updates at your place,
    so that we could discuss things.

    Naidy;
    Here it goes, I am updating, I am updating,
    thank you for reminding me.

    DSmith;
    Thank you again.

    ****
    Thank you every1 for your support and
    for viewing my drawings and paintings.

    sooo I see more grim stuff, good, goood *palpatine voice*. I will not hitching any anatomy issues or form. I don’t like the composition. I think that those heads would look much better if they have necks and shoulders. Or only necks if they're decapitated. Then the illustration would work better I think. Anyways keep posting mate, cheers

    Oh man i have nothing to say other than saying ' I love it'. Really cool job as you have portrayed the darkness and the chilling mood. 2nd piece - i love the light/shadow factor here. Do you remember, in Prince of Persia 2 (DOS platform) up in the castle ruins and the palace you have these kind of floating heads which attacks you on sight while screaming? This piece totally reminds me of that. I love it. well done.

    3rd piece is just as good. Broadsword looks cool but the perspective of the Battleaxe is little confusing to me. Nevertheless keep it coming mate. I seriously enjoyed this update.

    P.S.- Let me know when you need some help with the perspective studies. Ill try to make some images and explain the basics i learnt so far.

    wow...your sketchbook is very interesting. A tad violent for my tastes, but your figures are otherwise nice and improving rapidly. I really like the last couple pieces you've done, your shading on those are excellent!

    This last one is really interesting,never played Prince of Persia 2 though
    The whole concept of a flying head is strange though,but it's pretty creepy,that's for sure!
    The lighting scenario used in the underlit ones seems to be the best,maybe some more anatomical details(sunken in eyes,pointy cheeks,wrinkles etc.)would heighten the "creep factor".And as Ramalooke said,maybe a neck would be better too,just imagine the spine and the loose,torn muscles hanging from the head Gorey,eh?
    Anyway,keep up the good work and have a Happy New Year!

    Ramalooke;
    Grim stuff is cool, and the palpatine voice, hahaha.
    There could be some anatomy issues most probably, cause I have
    not used any references. You could be right about the composition,
    but if you would just read the story behind, that I wrote above,
    you would realize that I cannot add any neck or shoulder,
    cause this is a ‘Flying Head’ concept from Prince of Persia,
    and the head goes alone, without any additional body parts.
    I do not know, it is just some kind of a ghost head, you can see it
    on youtube, I have just made my version here. Thank you very much
    for the reply and for the support. You did not updated for a longer time,
    what is happening?

    Thomas;
    Thank you, thank you and thank you.

    Devastacio;
    Glad that you love it. Chilling it is indeed, and I love it too.
    Aaawwwww, you are so not reading my posts. I have wrote
    everything about the Prince of Persia 2 inspiration, and it is even written
    on the drawing that it’s a creature from that game, and you are
    trying to explain me and asking me if I have played this game.
    I will just have to send Gibson to your place because of this, no
    excuses now.
    However, not everything is bad, cause you just gave me a sign that I
    did a good job on the certain concept, cause you have recognized it
    without anyone telling you where it came from.
    I am still not into perspective really, but if I will have some questions,
    I will ask, thank you for offering me your help, and of course thank you
    for the constant support.

    ezekrialase;
    Hello and welcome.
    I know, these violent and gore stuff can be too much
    for some tastes, but that is how I like it.
    Thank you for visiting my tome of darkness and thank you
    for the words of encouragement.

    Dániel;
    I totally like how you think, you will
    be an outstanding artist and a force to be reckon with.
    Thank you for the advices and for the feedback.

    Wow, not easy perspective but looks kinda okay to me (but I'm bad at criticizing figures in an extreme perspective).
    Doom is inspiring indeed, guess which monsters are my favourite I totally wanted to draw I didn't do it till now. I wanted to make maps once too but I didn't, just a few little rooms. Whatever.

    I couldn't answer yesterday, my brain wasn't ready to deal with Gibson, you know...
    Well, okay, I'm curious how he would find my place, normal people with GPS totally gets lost here This street has 3 parallel parts anyway, it's an interesting one. On Friday it will be a little party here, Alvaro is ready to use some rabbit tradition on him, even if the rabbit that does that slightly violent thing is Tewi, not Reisen (they are earth and moon rabbits, respectively, Alvaro's favourite cosplay is Reisen, tailor made clothes, a cute miniskirt involved, bra, laced stocking, long pale purple wig, usamimi (rabbit ears) and a fluffy tail, makeup... He is a sight when he's a rabbit girl, believe me). Hungary's biggest Touhou faggot will visit us, we all are crazy to some extent so I guess we will more than prepared.
    {I can't be funny now, sorry. Just some default blurb from me.}

    Oh an idea! You asked in my SB if I need some tasks to do Well I have ideas, I don't really need new ones, I though it first... But I focus on studies and other simple stuff so much that interesting ideas are blocked. (DSGs did good to me back then... but there usually are full with aliens and robots nowaday... Still, it's my fault I never do them anymore ) It wouldn't be such a problem but... I said I was originally a competitive type. What if someone make up a topic and everyone else (we may invite devastacio, for example. you can persuade him with the help or mel Gibson, I'm sure) make their own versions. Just some fun thing, nothing too sweaty difficult elaborated stuff. But I'm not ready to do anything. I'm not good with object and robots, for example... IDK but it would be interesting and useful for me.

    Woo! Look at you and some crazy perspective It looks pretty good, I think the most successful part about the sketch is the enhanced line on his head. I think the facial features could benefit from some attention though. If I'm not mistaken, I think you've warped the face in the wrong direction, I think the chin should angle in the other direction.

    Post more, I love your determination!

    at first I was going to point out that it looked like the perspective of the legs was off a bit, and then I realized they were hooves. So no criticism here, good job and keep 'em coming!

    Hey dude!
    Hmm extreme perspective...how much I hate that!
    it seems that the body is pretty good perspective wise,however as kiwigarbage pointed out,the perspective of the face is wrong,it should be the other way around.Other than that,I like the concept,maybe you could develop the gun a bit further,do some concept drawings of it,trust me,it's tons of fun!
    I love the texture of the Cacodemon's skin,my only crit would be is that the eye is too "cute".Just reduce the reflection a little bit,make the eye less open,and add some wrinkles,that should do the trick!

    And just a question,what was the purpose behind drawing the cyberdemon from such an extreme angle?

    Keep it up!

    Hahahaa LOL, Now now hold your guns, just a wee bit of a mistake man. Ask mr Gibson, he'll also agree to what im saying . I think i got lost in the picture. Anyways try defining a different font color for the back-story o the description section as they tend to blend with the replies.

    About the last update; Doom is a one hell of a game. Then followed by 'Heretic', 'Hexen' and 'Duke3d'. My memory is vague about this but the cacodemon was a little tough enemy, takes 2-3 shots from a sawed-off shotgun. Anyways i see you have done your version of 'caco' which is great. But you need some more skin detail here my friend. Your artworks flourish when you do details, just like the 'Flying head' post. Now, i know you are a lazy bum and i plan to fix it by designing a weapon for mr Gibsons B'Day. It has to be a 'Shock' based weapon which can take off the laziness of a person by shocking the sh*t out of him. . Anyways nice work mate.

    Ahh the mighty cyberdemon, real tough nut. He makes his appearance in the last level of Doom 3. You done well in your own concept. Gun design looks cool. Well i think you could use a different perspective which enhances his height so he looks gigantic. if you place the eye level near the ground and orient it towards the monsters head, you can archive this. Hope you understand what i mean.

    Well, nice work and keep more monsters coming. ever played the good old Heretic? try a monster from there. Youll love it. Just an idea.

    Blurb about Doom only. I warned you.

    The cacodemon is a slow toy... If it's the quick one, that's nastier but a few of them isn't such a big deal.
    The cyberdemon is slow, it's an easy enemy if you have enough space, it's just annoyingly slow to kill because it takes too many rockets...
    Alvaro (my BF) once did a doom map where the player emerges in a kinda small room where there are 4 cyberdemons He always had some cute ideas, and his Room 101 is way worse than that, it's impossible to do. He did it but he didn't convice me... (He has 1984 themed maps. And he did Eye Of the Beholder 2 in doom, lol. And the simple Dance map, where there are many space and stuff, 2 cubes and the monsters are coming, no exit, the point is how long can you survive...)

    Doom is cool but Heretic has a nicer setting (I don't like normal human military stuff) and maybe a lovelier palette... Hm... foggy world in 256 colors... that was a bit pathetic, it's good both Doom and Heretic (they are very close to each other, after all) may be played at high resolution with many colors nowadays...
