The job hunt has been pretty tough...are there any recommendations for companies that my style caters to?
I recently graduated from CCAD and am looking for a full time position at a game company as a concept artist.
Also, any crits on how to improve my portfolio?

Man, you've got a great portfolio. A wide range of styles and I like how you show you're thinking process. Do you do any environments? That's a big thing where I work. Things like color keys, mood and lighting sketches etc...

This is coming from someone without industry experience, but to me your portfolio shows you're quite capable of a range of style. Sticking to one would seem like your selling yourself short.
The strongest peices for me are the first two (which are awesome), no. 5 (combat), no. 14 (the mechanic) and the one above it. The first two in particular work well because they show an eye for colour and design. Plus the style works well for thumbnails and getting across the aesthetics of the designs.
Pesronally i'd like to see more stuff like no. 5, because it also shows you can do people at a more realistic level, with anatomy and all the rest of it. Maybe even have a few like that worked up to a full colour render. You've got a lot of robot stuff which are great. But I think you need more human stuff as well to balance it out.
Like I said, I'm not someone with experience. This is just what I would do personally. I hope it helps though, you've certainly got a strong start.

I think if you only just graduated give it a bit more time. With a portfolio like this one something is bound to come your way. Awesome stuff all round

As the others say, looks good. I if where to give a crit, I'd say your missing some stuff in perspective, by which I mean stuff like environment and vehicles or props in perspective view. Al You got now are the side views (some of the objects held in the characters hands are perspective though, but that Bike for example I think would look better in perspective)

It's time to kick the tires' and light the fires' big daddy...
Honestly I find it hard to believe that you are struggling to get work. The portfolio you have here is solid and consistent. I think it might lend itself more to cartoon work then games initially. Then I'd look at flash based browser games catering more to your stylization.
If you want to get in games, I suggest that you flesh out with a few environment pieces with color and mood keys. Usually, only bigger houses have full time in house concept artists so being able to fill all of their needs, besides vehicle and character, becomes helpful. Also, being able to have multiple hats can be important to small studios, because you will need to contribute to the pipeline with more than just concept (modeling, flash, textures, etc.)
All that being said, you might want to look for an internship to get in the door, or an entry level position doing production art assets. I have found it rare that entry level people get right into concepting. Usually that is reserved for artists that have earned some stripes in the studio.
If none of that interests you then you will need to just be patient and keep farming out your stuff. Maybe freelancing in the would be a good option.

Nice work !.. it IS a wide range of styles as others have suggested. Maybe too wide a range of styles at first glance. This can help you in some ways and maybe work against you in others.
The fact that you can work in many styles shows adaptability to many projects...just be sure you show the appropriate work to the appropriate company.
If you can cater a portfolio to their known style of projects(ie: blizzard has a strong known style, pixar has a distinct style). It will increase your odds if they see strong creativity and similar art to what they use.
as a Lead Artist on a team, I want to know that I can plug someone in immediately and they can be productive with little ramp-up time or special training..
great work man...keep it up and make some contacts, network..get to know people and you will get something...
