    Looking for perspective animation software

Basically I want to make small animations to help me visualize the effects of moving vanishing points, receding planes, in order to memorize common distortions. I'm not looking for anything complex just simple lines are fine.
Here's a rough example I made with easytoon. This was just to get an idea of the effect of moving one vanishing point. It's a pain to have to animate by hand.

This is a pretty good example of the quality I'm looking for. I'm not interested in the interactive features, just the animation. This page might not work depending on your browser.

This would be fairly easy to do with 3D animation software.
I don't know if there are any decent free software of this sort, but you could always download a trial version 3D Studio or Maya (not sure if they'll let you save, though).

Free version of XSI if you don't mind watermarked output.

Fully opensource 3d software albeit with a weird interface last time I tried it.

Both of these are possibly a bit much for what you need though
