I can´t remember seeing elsewhere this ability to synthesize...to extract the core of things. You make only strong statements in every sketch or final illustration, and is all about the core of things, not energy is wasted in irrelevant things. Great lighting, depth, atmosphere, dinamism and cool shapes all over the place.
I really got inspired by this works, i learned and/or reinforced some fundamental concepts thanks to this thread, as for example the power of using just a few values to compose a picture.

Last post is really, really awesome. The power of black and white, and as Elephant said, there's never too much of anything, looks like you proceed to a meticulous mathematical analysis before going for a brush stroke : it's perfectly balanced.
The girl portrait is amazing. I love the gun thumbnail design. They look simple but at the same time they look detailed as well. The grenade launcher piece is amazing. The shadow and highlight looks perfect. You should be really proud of that mate .
