    Intuos 4 Tablet settings

    so i spent some time customizing the buttons and the touch ring and the menu thing. i was wondering if there's a way to export all the settings so i can copy it over to my laptop? thanks

    Yeah, I think that's a feature people have been requesting. I don't know however if you can export a Wacom_Tablet.dat (in Windows) over to another PC. Usually you'll find this file in your \Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\WTablet

    XP instructions
    (Make sure you have administrative rights. You also need to make sure you're able to see and view hidden system files: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...ddenfiles.mspx)

    Make sure your Wacom Tablet Properties is closed first.
    Go to Control Panel
    Administrative Tools
    Services

    Go to Tablet Service.
    Stop the Service.

    Leave the tablet plugged in at this time but now you've stopped the service and can make a copy of the Wacom_Tablet.dat and store it elsewhere.

    Like I said due to different system configurations and how the driver works, copying it over to another computer is use at your own risk at this point in time.

    aww okay, i hope they add this feature soon! especiall with all the new functions, they take a lot of time to set up
