    Visiting Sweden

Today, the director of my school asked if I'd like to go on a school trip to Sweden, with some students, since I speak English well. We'll be in Lysekil from May 8-13. If any forum members are near there and want to draw, post in this thread - I could also use good advice on where to go, sites nearby to see, and what clothes to wear. Will it still be cold? Also, how much nighttime darkness should I expect?

Hey Tasmith, I live in the southern part of Sweden and in May it'll probably be around 18-25c'. Darkness falls (drama!) about 20 - 21 in the evening.

If you happen to drop by my town, Malmö (Malmoe), I'll buy you a coffe

You could go to Guthenburg (Göteborg: 1½H by bus) and check out "Lisseberg amusement park".

It's spring here, so no darkness for you also it's pretty warm during the day.

Lysekil is a wonderfull town, been there several times with my biology courses. If you're lucky, you might get to see some seals.
