I have been trying to improve my drawing skills and searching in this forum and some other sites i found out that i need to study anatomy if i wanna get serious about this, so i found some nice tutorials from Riven Phoenix and Im already at lesson 14 and Ive been learning about front and side proportions and its really cool.
I also found some videos from a guy named Glenn Vilppu, who apparently is also very good, so my question is this: since this knowledge is new to me should I stay with Riven and then also check Glenn's videos or should I stick with Riven's, I dont know if everyone use the same anatomy methods so Im not sure if watching more than one course is a good idea.
i don't think it's good to just stick to a set of particular methods. it's good to expand your horizons and learn from both. vilppu is very good so i highly recommend you check his stuff out anyways. not sure about rivens. i find the best way though is to just do a lot of actual figure drawing and what you learn in the videos will stick better and you can understand more thoroughly what they mean.
