    speed painting

    just finished this.. took about 2 hrs... tell me what you think. rip it up if you have to

    very bright and abstract. I really love it. Love the textures. I assume you use a hole heap of custom brushes?

    lower saturation in your shadows if you want it to be less bright/saturated. Other then that, it'd be nice to have a stronguer sense of depth to better understand what's going on. I understand this is abstract, but there's still a scene and something going on in it, with out being photorealistic about it, fading things further away into the sky would help us read the drawing better.

    I like the colours, but the tree stump doesn't look very 3d. Try working out some shadows and lights on that one.

    Thats a lot better already. Not sure about the lamp, but you could add some stones/debris. Also, the opening in the middle is too light atm and very distracting.
