kudos for work through the peer project.
for pens you can get 0.05 an 0.03 copic mutiliners but bleed has a lot todo with paper, or just draw bigger and your pens will seem smaller and try dip pens cus they are cool!
with your cross hatching i'll quote speed "The lines of shading following a convenient parallel direction unless prominent forms demand otherwise" from the practice and science of drawing

ah so many assignments! no excuses actually because i love what i do ha ha

so for the enviro i realised i can't paint detailed enviros without prior knowledge
of basic materials like the shadow and angle and texture that rock forms. so...
yeah i'm going to go do some thumbnails in my off time of basic forms of rock.
Also Bumskee released his brush set which i used everywhere,
you should check it out, the link is at the end of his SB. The dudes a friken legend.

Evergrey:Ah thank you, and yes no real attempt their to create realistic or even representative light their but hey i was focusing on colour. ha ha. but you are right i need to think a little more before i apply my objects into the background. Oh and pens thank you again .

teapo: AND studies you shall have sir!

adamsimons: ah yes the paper, thank you for taking the time to direct me. I'll have a look at those links for sure.

Lii-chan: thx, i got allot of enjoyment out of your sketchbook.

    nice work on the bargues.
the hands are the weakest part though, so try a couple of the hand bargues.
also the music adds alot to this.
