If I may advise, when you draw hands, you should divide it into simple shapes, like cylinders and squares, that'll help you figure out the general shape and articulation.
I'm working on that. Figuring out where the shapes are in that hands in any given position is still a challenge.
Working in pencil, and bigger. Of course it didn't fit on the scanner so I cropped it...
