taskbar in cs4 full screen mode?

Curious if anyone has found a solution to cs4 eating the taskbar when in full screen mode. I'm not sure if people consider it to be a frustration or not, but I just want a full screen mode (so I can drag the canvas around the screen) where I can still see the taskbar on the bottom.

    Any solutions?

Yeah one of my fave feature in CS3 is the full screen mode with taskbar. I still find it odd for Adobe to remove it as some users are fine with it and should have leave it in CS4.

My only temporary solution to this is hitting the Start button on the keyboard to open the taskbar. The drawback is it will affect the pallete position by rearranging it to accommodate the taskbar (read: do it constantly and it is like having screen seizure )though it is minor problem to me.
