    These axes are fantastic
    Are they your concepts?
If they are, would you give me permission to use them
for one of my non profitable personal project?

    Thanks guys

started learning perspective, cool stuff... never thought it can be so complex.

movie still study and a portrait photo study, her eye is off but who cares, more concentrated on skin tones and value.

Ah tackling perspective, it's so simple when you think of it to be honest, yet my mind refuses to accept that fact and i still struggle with it heh.

My fingers crossed for your attempt.

I am not slacking I promise, just spending a lot of quality time with my sketchbook that is where much of the practice needs to happen.

Hey Pawel, I'm mostly spending time drawing in my sketchbook, doing tons of hand studies lately since I got tired of always being afraid of drawing them...
I'm in Arizona right now at work so I got two days off so I can draw and paint, here's how my setup looks like at the hotel room.

Thanks flo, I don't feel I nailed anything

doing studies most of them I don't bother to photographer because no one cares any way but something that is worth showing I upload.
more hands and anatomy studies and some Black Hawk down Movie stills studies and a little progress on that sci fi piece trying to implement everything I learned from the still studies.

Its been a while, I took a little break too
Your faces have improved a lot and its great that you working on perspective too.
you might wanna try some cube chains http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ynxpq...9&feature=plcp
and constructing some figures out of cylinders/cubes to practice applying perspective to the figure stuff.

Its also great to see you working hard even while your on the road.

The butterfly girl looks pretty cool too.

Hello Danny, great sketchbook - not much I can say, other than awesome. Your characters are particularly appealing, and the last girl with the huge sword; well, it is a rather well known concept, but you have managed to make it different and appealing. I hope you do decide to colour her!

Whoah that's a one clean line art. Just looking at the amount of scale son that snake makes me sweat hehe!

I find PS pretty rubish for doing such clean lines, I will try painter or sketchbook pro from autodesk.

AllyAlbon Thanks for dropping by mate! I did start color version of her tell me what you think

Icecold Thanks dude, I have been hearing a lot about sketchbook pro, gotta give it a shot as I love sketching and photoshop seems kinda sluggish for that.

WIP of the Barbarian girl, Critique and suggestions are very helpful.

You know that I was always up for the small girls
with big swords. You did an outstanding job on this
last one. I would give here a more angrier face expression,
as she could look more determined. Your skills are getting better,
but no wonder when you are doing all those studies. You are
a true warrior who never gives up and a clear shiny path
will be always infront of you. So happy to see a very positive
attitude and environment here. Keep the light shining
    and the fire burning.

I dont think the warmer colors would be that saturated in a snow storm and maybe some more atmosphere around the horizon.

I like the wavy-ness of the ribbon.

Dude that was encouraging as heck, I should print it and stick it above my desk. thanks for the sweet words!

surfandsnow Thanks man, critique that hit the spot I changed the temperature of her skin to be cooler, I used a yellow field background at the beginning but didnt like it and changed to the snow but the skin tones were still part of the earlier color scheme, luckily with an adjustment layer mask it is easy to do, cheers!

Been pushing myself all week had 6 days off which is AWESOME so was painting and drawing every day, spent a lot of time on learning perspective, heck it took me some time to grasp it but I feel it gets much easier from now on and its fun too!

This is a part of the perspective exercise from "Vanishing Point" highly recommend it if you want to learn perspective like a professional.
I took this exercise to a whole new level and went way and beyond than what I was supposed to, experimented with brushes and textures.
