There we go updates yumm! But i'm more hungry than those can fill!
Now those weapon and this"viking" guy, i totally dig it, you started to sketch more loose, and thats the point,a great way for improvement. When you look at your old ones you'll see more tension to them.

Now, one of your bad habbits still is to jump from light to dark, there's alittle in between, and that is very important. Look at Jamie jone's work http://artpad.org/

Conver some of his work into black and white and see how he operates the values. If you'll fight with that that will be a major succes my friend. Luv ya ^^
    Bye

Zorcron Duuude! good to have you here man, rest assured I follow your sketchbook closely and your progress is staggering.

latigid Thanks man, I appreciate you coming back to my jank yard once in awhile

Well what can I say I barely update lately unfortunately, gotta work and provide for my family and it doesn't leave me much time to study, and we are planing to move to a new apartment which will pawn in every possible way and hopefully I will have my own working room there with a table and my own computer too, so I can concentrate only on studies after work, it's so close that I can smell it, bare with me.

Comic is still WIP takes forever to get it released but patients is one of my better virtues.
any way enough chit chat, here's a wip which I don't know if I'll finish but I hope I will.

Oh and Ice I finally realized why tha heck all my black and whites were so dark and contrasty, it's because I was working on gray-scale mode and apparently when you save for web it makes it too dark or too bright because web does not support gray-scale but only RGB, so I am pretty happy with this late discovery

I was hit a bit myself :-< I can't complain, i'm still having it good, not so serious issues, but it is about my future, my studies, my life, so i needed a bit of time and study to sort those out.

    Now, hopefully, i am BACK!

Good seeing you still draw. Lets hang in there together!!

Hey guys I did small revision to the blade master it's not so contrasted now, and a tiny update on the knight, I call him "labrys laniator" which means a double axe butcher in Latin

I'm detecting a theme here... swords much? You've got a great imagination Danny.

Some of your values read a little inconsistently... there is no obvious light source. Scott Robertson (http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/store/product/335/) taught me everything I know about value. If you can get your hands on his dvds it'll totally change the way you render from imagination...

There is definite progress with your work! Keep it up!

not bad at all for such a new artist the faces especially from side profile are getting even better since you started the sketch book.. if you really want to practice your anatomy studies I woud recommend "dynamic anatomy" by burne hogarth I bought it from amazon not too long ago and for me it is money well spent and its not that expensive either,,hope this helps!

Now you totally hyped me for traditional paint, i was going to tackle it anyways, but thanks to you i got the motivation.

Now i know it's already after the fact, but better late than never, Happy Birthday Danny! Excuse me for such a terrible painting, but everything i've touched today turned into crap :<
