He is kind of seems to be missing hips to rest his hand on.
The legs look a bit too long, and he might be standing to stiff.
I think we should see some of the thumb on his hands.
With his baggy shirt, i am sure we would see more of it on the other side.
shoulders might be wider and arm is too short

Kiera: Haha... that was the first thing that... err... came to my attention?

As for the sketch, apart from what Brandnewyork said, I think the figure as a whole is a little elongated, but that might be the lack of hips. I would also suggest maybe placing his left hand on the hilt of his scimitar to give him more of a weighty stance. But yeah, the lack of hips and his right arm are the main problems for me, assuming you are going for a bit of cock/sword action.

He still needs more hips, and an ass.

**The right arm is far too stubby, the elbow appears to be in-front of the body, when in all actuality the elbow would be behind the back slightly.

Also the cloth at his hips is showing a lot of effect from the wind, while he cap drapes next to his neck with little effect from the wind.

also lets see more of the bicep from the left arm. and hint slightly his thumb.

    nice job on the face
maybe start to hint at his environment a bit too.

Reference images might help, both anatomical and costume. His features don't look very Arabian. The costume doesn't really ring true. He could do with a more confident and imperious posture, and a more manly physique. The way his arm is positioned looks a bit effeminate. The sword is OTT scale wise. Also if the blade were that thick at the end then it would be impossible to draw it out of the scabbard it's presently in.

    Love the face!

Torso seems.. narrow to me? That's what I first thought when I saw it. Others seem to have covered other things.

Certainly an improvement. I've a feeling the sword still wouldn't draw, though, now seeming a crooked 'S' shape.
