Here is my entry on this week's chow: Queen's Consort

That's my wip so far.....but I really need to work more on it........the last 2 are just a study of colors.....and to ask opinion on what is better.......for wich side must it be turned??? I'm just getting crazy of looking at this for too long........

First stage wip on this week's chow: Mary of the Blue lights

My Mary is just a sad young girl who knows too much about our sad world........as the "blue lights....balls...or whatever" travel around the world really fast and always come back to tell Mary what it saw......
Maybe when she grows up she can learn how to deal with such onerous power.....and do something to help out the world......

One more wip for this week's chow....

Anatomy studys...........the knees sketchs were really instructive.....I kind of finally understood what goes inside the skin in this part of the body....

A drawing still to be completed with a lot of values......it was made using a photo from the book Anatomy for the Artists as reference......still lots of work to do....but I feel I'm getting better at proportions....

Some great work here. I like the pencil sketch showing the close-up of the mermaid's head with the keeled scales or bumps on top. That critter could almost be an alien.
