Gota keep going man, these past two days I've been a little bitch with the drawing. Ill draw something then feel down because it sucks so hard. Then I would think to my self "arnt I learning anything? Am I doing somethign wrong? Man... I don't know what to do..." Then it would get harder and harder to draw to the point it was no fun and it would feel like some kind of job that I really did not want to do and I would just sit there.

Thought of something that really motivated my self not to long ago though. "Man tommrow EVERYONE is going to give it there all, tommorow's going to be the best day ever, EVERYONE no matter what they like is just going to try so fucking hard to get to where they want to be and I'm going to be right there beside them drawing like crazy. You see those planes Dylan? The forms? The shapes? The space? Fuck yeah! You see something, maybe not all of it but you see something! Fucking draw it!!!! Fucking draw everything you see, and draw it as best you can, your going to get there rahhh!!!"

Then I snaped out of my little bitch cycle and got drawing. Just thought I would share what went on in my mind.

    You're one hard-working guy mister! That's inspiring =)

I like the pic with the woman in the red dress, the lighting's really good in that one! I think you have problems with the placing of features in a person's face ... Just keep on drawing lotsa portraits and flip the canvas often to spot mistakes like that. Also your eyes often are kind of flat. Eyes are round, treat them as such when you are painting! Hope that helped =)

Looking at all the figures, I think the fatboy gladiator is the best proportion wise. I see that you are improving and the characters do not have that too long look to them (mainly in hips). Keep it up.

Good to see you working hard!

Your portraits are improving! Do some color studies though!

    Keep at it!

The portraits are better! The values are rather good, how do you learn them?
