A few months ago I have done 60 various objects (space ships mostly) for MMO game of Itch company (http://itch.com/).

Some nice designs in here. I think the designs can benefit from some 'dirt'. Have some paint chipping off the ships, and some battle scars. What about some insignias or numbers on the wings and bodies?

They just feel a bit too sterile right now.

    Great work there.

Question were they all line drawings or did you incorporate paint overs from Maya models? And how long did each one take on average?

You have some very unique and cool ship designs. I really enjoy how separate each race's style is from the others. Good job.

Thanks for comments. Actually it could be some insignia, but the designs were done for the browser MMO, there clans can indicate own logos. Also, in-game images of a ship will be 60x60pics and this is hard problem to see logo or insignia on this size.

Thanks for comment. It was done in Photoshop from start to finish (with Intous2 A5) without any 3D. Each artwork took about 1 day (idea - rendering).

I love these, fantastic work. One thing about ship designs, once you lose a the human/creature detail, such as canopies, entry hatches, etc, you lose sense of scale very quickly, and it's harder for the viewer to 'connect'.
Great renders, looking forwards to more!
