    Two riders

So, I'm starting to get into doing real illustrations, where I'm focusing more on composition and backgrounds and whatnot. Here I decided to challenge myself by drawing people on horseback, something I've always avoided because frankly, it's hard for me. I've been fiddling with the poses and the horses for the last few hours but I'm still not sure if it looks right. Also the rider on the left is holding a lap harp, and I'm not exactly sure if that's the proper way to hold it. Some help would be lovely.
