sunset at rainbow serpent is just amazing. i happened to hit that one right at the peak moment in a (non-screamy) Envy song i was listening to and i got completely lost for a few minutes there.

these are all really awesome. i feel cheated because my simple simian eyes keep getting sucked in by just the color, composition and abstract gooey greatness of it, when in reality there is so much more going on.

i think you should bestow more of those 90% finished ones on us ;P

    Whoa.. Amazing.
You into psychedelic trance stuff? Man, some of my best party memories come from those endless nights in forests with goa beats..

Amazing work Andrew. Every piece is bursting with color and intricate details, it's hard to look away.

One of my dreams is to travel the world and paint, and you're doing just that. Much respect.

really cool where your taking your new style, I'm still amazed at the boss monster image your created. I like when you have a lot atmospheric textures, more reserved with the bright colors and create solid forms in all those details.

In my pursuit of being a higher quality artist, my heart tells me that I should study what your doing and learn to expand upon it. Definitely going to have to jump on that digital download.

I honestly think you are going down in history as a great pioneer of our time. It's really an honor to be able to see you in your growth before your existence is taught in textbooks.

I can't wait to work for Massive Black. I really hope it becomes a possibility for me.

Andrew, these are quite good, actually. Just keep at it, work hard, and you'll be up there with the big boys in say... 2 or 3 years?

    Nah, who am I kidding!
Seriously now: awesome, mesmerizing, breathtaking work! Just beautiful!

    absolutely stunning work.

It was a joy to meet you at both the wellington workshop and at rainbow! an amazing workshop and festival for sure.

what was going on at the bassnectar set? i could see you painting but sadly there was no screen for the audience.

also, would you mind posting the portrait you did of the red haired model in wellington please? the smoke effects you pulled off in that one where mesmorizing.

looking forward to seeing what you come up with for the rest of the year, if 2008 was two thousand and eight the great, then surely 2009 is two thousand and nine the sublime.

    cheers.

    Amazing as always.

I just want to thank you for those words you said to me back at marama, it made me think hard about where my art was going and what the hell i was doing. What you said was harsh but it was what i needed to hear. I know it wasn't much but that little bit was enough to push me back on track so i can aim for the stars. So thanks man!!

If you come back to Aus, come to Brisbane and make sure you let us know! .

Andrew, Mate, I hope they NEVER find the cure for whatever type of OCD you`re suffering from...
seriously - I just get lost inside your artwrok... I have to pick up what`s left of my jaw everytime anew.

    you`re a brilliant brilliant dude.
    much love and respect.

it seems the dallas reverie workshop is going to be the mother of all blowouts...
sure wish I could be there.

always a pleasure gazing at your work, Android.
    thanks for these.

    cheers,
    Patri.

damn, I would like one of those on my wall. Like, 4 meters wide or so
I really like how you're evolving this style, it gets more intricate en delicate even with some traditional elements brought back again.

I wish I had the money to fly over and attend the workshop, but alas. Maybe next time.
