If you post on the Max the Mutt thread, there are students who will probably answer, or you could get their contact info and send them a message! Also, feel free to ask Lisa Mamers (Admissions Director, admissions@maxthemutt.com) to get you in touch with international students.

I don't think we have any students from Chile, but we do have current students I can think of from Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico. Also from Germany, USA, Switzerland, Ireland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Israel, Egypt, and of course most are from Canada.

Funny that I decided to browse ca.org today

I'm a concept art student at MtM, still at my first year here.
To make it short, Max the Mutt is a demanding place, the first year you will go thought the basics like everyone... life drawing, painting, perspective, drawing drawing drawing drawing painting painting painting until you start breathing graphite and eating paint.
You will have a great load of homework to deal with, so you wont have time to fuss around.
The school expects you to behave professionally, meaning you cant dress like a hobo or a rapper, you must hand in your assigments in their due dates, and an assortment of other stuff. 3 strikes and youre in big trouble.
If you play any MMOs, its a good idea to cancel your subscriptions before getting in here

So, if you can work hard this is a good place, if youre lazy dont bother coming to MtM because you will only be wasting your time and money. If you can really devote yourself to the program you will surelly learn a lot at MtM.

If you have any specific questions you can send me a private message here at ca.org, cause if you just answer to the thread itll probably take me another month to come and check this
