Qikalain I see what you mean, but as long as people realise it's Brad Pitt I'm satisfied. Killing them softly was great, was a lot better than I expected.
insane lemur Thanks, I sure did. I glued the movie tickets on canvas, did a quick sketchout in acrylics then painted over that in oils.

Very inspiring sketchbook you've got here. I'm so glad to see that with hard work, one improves. I hope I'll get half as good as you during the same amount of time (I don't have the time or the energy to spend hours and hours and drawing/painting every day ).
Love your studies, but I'm missing more personal work that are not portraits of people. I hope you haven't given up on making your own stuff? Also love your humor, and the youtube clip from Despicable Me; just great and exactly what I needed to not fall asleep.
Keep up the good work, and do more stuff from your imagination!

PollyBoffin Thanks, I'm hoping to slowly slide into a field of painting that feels like my "personal work". But it's not something I'm actively concerned with because I feel like stuff like that should evolve naturally.
MeteorCat Thanks, I've been trying to work on my brushwork, glad it shows.

636, 655 and 676 look amazing! It's strange looking at your work because it's as if some of your paintings lacked sharpness at the focal areas. But then again, I know very little about traditional mediums so..
Edit: Also the girl's eyes in 712 look like they should be either smaller or further apart.
Otherwise great stuff!
A creative artist works on his next composition because he is not satisfied with his previous one. When he loses a critical attitude toward his own work, he ceases to be an artist. - Dmitri Shostakovich
