Delmar Thanks, I'll be looking out for you on the battlefield. I'm not sure it's my brainjuices that's the problem, I think it's mostly that whatever I come up with looks really static and boring. Hopefully drawing a shitton of poses will eventually fix that.

Another still life I'm not that happy with

Those are nice flesh tones. I'm personally find painting on white pure canvas daunting unless it's for cartoony or line work. I would have to go through the whole process of dark background, then carving it out to show the whites later. I like how it's clean and refreshing and not buried in texture or tricks.

Make a sketchbook happy, feed it a tip to improve!

    phobetors-journal Thanks.
Pigeonkill Thanks, I'm trying to achieve form while staying rough, trying to block in shapes quickly and hopefully accurately. I wish I knew some more 'tricks' ^^

    Some more figure studies.

Nice work! That wine glass, bottle, and corkscrew a few pages back is epic! Then again, so is everything else in your sketchbook.

MBK Thanks, improvement is priority #1
    palladium That's a deal.
phobetors-journal I have some leprechauns under my command, they're very helpful.
Aryeh "came for the art" pun intended? penises are always funny and a good way to improve any painting. And thanks.
