Nice sketchy pictures. The anotomy is not always right but I shouldn´t say this. (/Looks at himself)

The apes are great and your pictures are fun to watch.
I am going to keep an eye on your Sb.

Nice imaginative sketchbook. Try working on your basic skills and the rest will follow. I'd also resize the pics, they are rather large atm.

    Keep em coming.

Looking good so far mate, you've got a good imagination.
I think some more studies would go a long way depending on what you wanna get into.
These sites are pretty handy for anatomy stuff
    http://fineart.sk/ loadsa reference
http://www.posemaniacs.com/pose/thirtysecond.html like lifedrawing but not as good

Oh and you can click edit on the first post, and then click advanced and go into the attachment manager and attach images that way.

Warforce, Janos and jacky-boy. Thank you for your replies, and I can certainly see a pattern developing critic wise, I'll do some posemaniacs studies when I get back from school ^^.
I'll post that, and start scanning in some of my other sketchbooks, unless u guys prefer some digital work.

Thought I'd post some digital stuff to hopefully get some crits and comments.

The first one is an uncompleted banner for a band website.

The second is a portrait of Earl, from the show "My name is Earl."

    Yeah 30 seconds are hard...
    But its a good training

You can change your display picture: (Thread)

    First picture is shown
Attach it as the first one and it will work.

    I hope it helped

Really nice and very imaginative drawings you got there!
Maybe you should try to use more and some longer lines when you do life drawing to show the curves of human bodies.
I'd like to see more from you

Warforce, I think I'm doing something wrong, cuz the Earl picture is the first one now, but it's not showing. I think I have some mental issues.

iphigen, Thanks! And you're right, I'm used to making lotsa short lines to form curves. But smooth longer lines describe form better, especially when u have 30 seconds ^^.

Chompo, thanks. In my sketchbooks I like to work with ink, pens. Just cuz they're easy for doodling away. For rendered stuff, like portraits I go back to my old pal the pencil tho.

Thanks again Warforce. It worked now.

This is a very quick sketch I did, not sure why I'm showing this, maybe I just wanna let u guys know how crappy my photoshop doodles look.

I'd love some crits on technique and rendering, even tho this is nothing representable I guess people can still see some of my technique in it. Which is bad.

Yeah the new blue monster made me smile
    Looks really kind.

But how old is the child?
If its a human baby I think it a bit too long....

    But thats just my opinion.
    Keep up your stuff !!

Okay, so I've been slacking big time with updating. If people seem interested again I guess I'll start scanning stuff in.

Until then, some zombie creature thingy I'm working on.

    Nice updates.
I recognised some of your anatomy/hand studies.
I think I have the same book as you lying around here.
By the way how is the progress with the blue monster and the child?

Warforce17 thnx, ye I feel like the anatomy is very very slowly starting to sink in. Although my feet are still crappy I think it's getting somewhere. I actually forgot about that blue thing, I'll try to pick it up somewhere this weekend.
