Your digitals are getting a nice start. I would definitely recommend fleshing them out a little more, though.

Not too much from me today, I was too busy whining about my sucky life.
The first one is a sketchbook page, the second one is a failed test, and the third one is a digital color and lightning test. Hope you don't hate it as much as I do.

It's normal for any artist to never be satisfied with their own art. It's actually a good thing because it pushes us harder to improve and reach a new level. Plus I don't think your life could possibly be that bad, I mean you don't have to dig through trash for food, or make shoes in a sweatshop.

    Keep it up.

I really dig your work. I will have to agree with some others though a few characters would be nice to see.

Also, it could be worse, you could be begging for food or worse yet not be a great artist.

Keep drawing and I'll keep lookin'

sweet arnold sketch but the tank wasnt so hot man--- try using construction lines and perspective techniques while drawing vehicles and buildings-- but your sketching is pretty nice.

whats with the "im crying" "im emo" "i want to kill myself"?
didnt the emo fad die out years ago?

i dont know if its sarcasm or?
anyway, at the minute it sounds like your using it to make people say positive things about your work, and if thats the case, go to deviantart, theres plenty of compliments on shit around that place

    on a critical note
keep this up, do more studies from life..i mean pages, go to life drawing..blah blah anatomy blehh, read books on loomis and bridgman etc
    and yeah just in general

    draw more,
    complain less,
    =results

    cheers

I do studies from life, I will post some of them later.. Trying to learn anatomy at the moment. And yeah, the tank pretty much sucks but I suck as well, so I guess it comes naturally that my work sucks.

So as promised some figure drawings. Unfortunately the best are at university right now, so I can't show you them. Also a sketchbook page and some boxes. I hope to achieve the level of EtherRain or Algenpfleger some day way ahead in the future...My art is so bad at the moment. I'm impressed by the amount of talent in here and I don't know how it can be possible to stand out here. Oh just realized it's Friday the 13th. No wonder why I am unlucky today...

I thought I might share this with you. It was done over a year ago for school. It's not so much about the technique here. The content is what matters. So start interpreting. Hint: The world sucks

Oops, your art does not suck at all. At least you have a good grasp on anatomy and form. AND you know how to draw metal texture which is very hard for me. Don't know why you say your life sucks, but I often feel that way too.

Keep up. DRAW, DRAW, DRAW, let's start a war on those empty pages!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are an emo because you're too afraid to kill yourself. Otherwise you would just be a name in the newspaper.
If your life sucks, stop complaining and change it. And work.

    Cheers

I can't tell if the suicide thing is a gimmick for views but I suppose it doesn't really affect the work. The anatomy is good, but learn the proportion landmarks to keep everything in place. Keep it up and don't go killing yourself or anything

I'm learning, or at least I try. Thanks for the advice. I usually can see the mistakes after I drew an image so I will try to avoid them from the beginning in the future.
