Two examples of my work where the originals are missing/stolen.
The orange picture (Called N.O.X. The Night of Pan) was licensed to feature as the cover on Odyssey SF magazine and the original was sent to them for scanning. The work was used but never paid for or returned and the company who published it folded: I never found out who got a hold of the original. I have since licensed the image to appear in Starlog, and it also featured on a line of snowboards, thanks to my having retained a good sized laser copy. The original and copyright are still mine and I hope the original will one day be returned.
The second picture was one of 3 commissioned by a "rave" company called Cryptonite in the nineties, who licensed it for use as a flyer for an event calle Fluid Motion and they also dissappeared with my originals. In this case I didn't have a good copy, and the flyers themselves were badly printed. This version here was recreated from the flyer through hours of carefull Photoshopping! It's not been relicensed and both copyright and originals remain mine! Anyone knowing their whereabouts should let me know!!!!
I'm really diggin' these dude
Wierd stuff.....I LIKE!!!!
I really like the bird-woman. I like the feathers, specially the top ones and the ones near the ground, underneath the other ones - they look very soft and delicate, for all that the figure itself is not.
Your work is very nice, interesting, and unique. Keep doing what you are doing!!!
Critiques on my work always welcome!!
