Posemaniacs: Posting their pictures together with my drawings?

    Hi there,

I recently started drawing poses from, and I found it best to save pictures with the postmaniac picture of some pose (the 3D model on the white background) and my drawing of it. So I saved some of these pictures, but I wonder, may I post them here on this forum, or would there be some copyright issues because of the postmaniac original pictures? I wrote an email to postmaniacs on that some time ago, but they didn't reply. Maybe someone knows?

To be honest, as long as you give credit, I can't see them making a fuss.

Most people on here would probably even recognise it's a PoseManiac pose. In fact I'm fairly sure I have a study with a PM model on it in my sketchbook here.

If they ever dont like it for some odd reason, then i'll gladly take the image down or just crop their image out of it.

If you posted the image alone and said "I MADE THIS!" then i'd say they'd want a word with you .

    What Vehkt said.

Also if you don't know about it there's this free app called 3d virtual human anatomy studio which is basically the same thing as posemaniacs, but it's 3d so you can rotate the camera etc. You can't pose the model though for some reason, but it makes it easy to understand the forms of the muscles. It might be handy for you in conjunction with those poses.
