    The Mighty-Mighty Glassman *UPDATE*

Finally got arround to coloring something! This thing is supposed ot be made out of glass, but I don't think ym rendering skills are up to par for something like that. So, instead, I'm doing a simple 2-color piece. Any crits oin the work so far would be superb.

Now that I look at it, I wonder... I was planning on putting the silver metal bonding stuff between the pieces of the legs, but I think they look fairly connected as they are now.

Well, nobody has posted to this one yet, so I'll give it a shot. It you want it to look like glass, try having a background showing through it. Maybe put a face on him. And he seems to be floating in the air. Try putting something around his feet. Good idea, looking forward to the finished piece.

Art gives me a life of extreme challenge, frustration, accomplishment and contentment. Nothing less will do!

Hm... I like your idea, Bo! I think I'll try that! I was wondering about just one thing, my focus. Do you think some simple glowy eyes beneath the dome would work? Unfortunately, I have a Christmas present to draw, so it looks like I'll be busy this week.

I worked on it some more and added eyes. Still didn't get arround to any type of background, though. Crits?

I think it might have looked better if you had put the eyes down more in front of the head. Just looks a bit strange there. Possibly even make them a touch bigger.
