new art, new direction...
I been on this forum on and off, back and forth, here and there. But now i'm going to be much more active, so here is a brand new dump of my most recent work. I'm in my second year of Illustration at my college, I can only imagine who much my work will shape by the time I graduate.
by the way, the bug/alien in the jungle sketch was done with a pre-rendered sketch, as the other two were not.

It looks like you have a great grasp of lighting, which I'm very jealous of. LOVING THE 2ND AND LAST IMAGES, NOT LOVING THE FIRST ONE AS MUCH THOUGH (sorry hit caps lock by mistake).
Your fire in the 2nd picture could do with some work, looks a bit fabric like at the moment

The knot of the tie on the illuminatti guy seems rather balloon-like, and the folds look out of place. I think the crease in the tie should be on the lower hanging part, not the knot. And the folds of the guy on the right seem too numerous, i think the treatment of the lighting is appropriate, but for his sleeve to bunch that much it would have to be like six inches longer than a regular suit sleeve.
The raptor is definitely my favorite, though i feel the tail should curve around the other side of the barbecue grill based on the curve and direction of the neck, and there seems to be a connectivity problem with the arm holding the fork and the rest of the body, but great use of lighting and texture.
