    Bay Area Anatomy/Ecorche Workshop

I am a Bay Area artist looking for artists/art students interested in taking an intensive artistic anatomy workshop centered around the construction of the ecorche, or flayed figure, in clay. This course is excellent for painters, sculptors, illustrators, and digital artists who are passionate for the human form and looking to improve their understanding. Class begins March 16, 2009.

    Please check out my website:

Check out my section labeled "Anatomy/Ecorche".

    Or email me at:

Probably cause you haven't looked hard enough.
http://grandcentralacademy.classicist.org/index.html (though Ecorche is only available in their water street atelier program afaik)
http://www.artrenewal.org/asp/databa...p?atelierID=50 - Though he's taking this year off, he has his assistant teaching Ecorche on Saturdays.

These are just 2 that I know of, I'm sure you can find more if you tried harder.

Those images seem sufficient proof that he's up for the job. Unfortunately I won't go but it may be a good opportunity for other peopleBay Area Anatomy/Ecorche WorkshopBay Area Anatomy/Ecorche Workshop.

...How ironic. I want to attend this and I can't because I'm starting art school soon and won't have time. Blast!

Art school better be worth it .
