I don't like commenting unless I can offer some real insight/advice, so I've been really quiet, watching you kick ass for ages... can't hold it in any longer though
Your CHOW self portrait is soo good! Pencils are kicking ass too, I love all the outfits and different features the people have. The only problem is that your proportions are worse on the pencil stuff, I don't know if it's because of the sheer amount of drawings you're doing per page, or if you're just trying to focus on design, but your proportions seem to be more consistent with your digital work.
Like I said though, kicking ass, keep it up!

Sorry for not updating, I was pretty busy. I visited the spielemesse (games fair) in Essen last weekend to look for jobs, so I had to work on my portfolio.
Here are some pencil pieces I worked on:
Next some portraits of my beloved mother, haha (she usually doesn'T look that angry, but she couldn't hold still for that long with a smile on her face)
And finally some more sketchbook pages. Awful anatomy. I definetly need to practice again, when I finally moved...
And some replies
Krato: thanks for pointing that out! I see waht I can do about it!
Man Made God: thanks a lot! And yeah,,, head sizes. I really need to work on my proportions!
Hanny Honeymoon: thanks Again, proportions, they seem a little difficult lately.
DHTenshi: thanks, rewatched you
Enydimon: thank you!

Great drawings in that latest bunch! The one with the elf maiden is really good
One thing, I think many of your ladies have a similar face. I actually have that problem myself, but it helps collecting photos (or taking them yourself) of a variety of people and study them. And it's fun!

AsaB: thanks! I'm already practicing different faces. Seems like I need even more practice.
Some updates, I'm too lazy to scan my stuff ^^°
I didn't move to our appartment yet, but I hope I can practice more when we finally moved.
I reaaaally need more practice...I suck like hell oO
Anatomy=epic fail!!!! (this actually was a sketch for the current chow... I will definetly redraw this!)
And here's some digital work:
And the last chow entry...
