Edit: I think a week of gesture drawings is enough. I don't think they help me as much as I thought they would and they also don't provide much basis for critique. I'll still be using this thread for other work though since I hate having more exposure that I need.

hi odd1out nice sketches you really got these poses right.
i do think you should try doing the same with stick men in random poses. once you can do some good forms from them you will find that you will only need to refer to your references for detail and the ruff shape that you want, as you will know where the bones should be. this should speed you up quite a bit. but as you saw in my work it can look real odd if you don't use any references.

haha, i used to play around with this site. its great for warm up sketching but i used to find thats all i wanted to draw for a few hours. i always liked trying it with different colors and methods. like using thin lines and sketch out the skeleton or broad lines and block everything out. i really need to make a sketch schedule around this the program.
also a cropped image of some of the sketches of when i used to do this.
as for your own work, loosen up a bit. dont try to be so tight with your lines. try out different techniques for a day or two.
part of the fun of art to me is experimenting. another interesting thing to do is try to time yourself on the poses. i know one of the posemaniac views just lets the pose stay there. time out 5 minutes on a wristwatch and clock yourself. after doing all these short 60/90 second poses 5 minutes will feel like forever.

These are good studies there. But I agree with some of the previous comments, you should try loosening up on your next round a little. There are some clear and well defined light sources at play here, you could put those to work too and practice your line width and line quality.
Think about how these shapes are interacting with each other. Why do they look so graceful? why does everything seem to have this rhythm? And then reflect your findings in your sketches.
Instead of making those short hairy sketch lines, try mapping your lines out a little bit and make one accurate flowing line. It will eat up a little more of your 90 seconds than the lines you have going now, but once you get used to it and it becomes second nature you will get more quick at them and you will learn a lot more per session.

Colors are fun. I've recently got into drafting with color pencil and then finalizing things with graphite. Those are some lovely sketches you have there and they do make me realize how stiff I am.
