My Name is Adrian I'm 19 probably know me from my first sb
 now 20...
and..this is my secound SB
actually i wanted to start it 09 but I couldn't wait
I just thought it woud be a good opportunity to start of with a clean sleve and all cuz this is going to be about figure drawing and anatomy and colour theory and illumination rendering, traditional painting and all kinda stuff...
the reason why I'm doing this is cuz I just felt like I was going to fast forward with my digital images without thinking about really mastering the basics
so now i really plan to work by but off, I'm really gonna bust out tons and tons and tons of figure drawing and studies
hope I can count on you guys for some c&c
so here we go!
lasst one is painted with acryl just a rough skin color sketch

This is a study from a great artist on CA, a person i really look up to namend Idiot Apathys
really amazing stuff!!!
look up his sb it's more than worth it!!
Nice stuff man! Good to see that you're starting fresh for the new year! Plan to do the same thing myself. Nice figures and studies you got up there! I'll be keeping my eye on this one.
Edit: By the way...I was wondering if you put a time limit on yourself when you draw your figures.
Polydrawer:Thanks!! man that's what it's all about!!
Jackpot anjr90: Yea I think that was a quite good thing to do cuz this would give me a good reason to really keep going since my sb is titled "It's all about practice" i'm kinda forcing my self until it gets secound nature.. uhm actually i don't set any time limits but I'd say 10minutes for each figure could also be 15
Man I fell in love with this one lost myself a bit in the details but whatever
learned quite alot about cast light with this one
The Photoreference was from Wanimal
a creeaazy artist and he's a master of just doing his thing and i actually like most of his stuff just check him out!
Damn I gotta get a scanner cuz tons of studies are waiting for you guys
so heres a little sketch that I just did.. it's a bit like the style I'm heading to atleast the face... gonna post some totally different stuff tomorrow, hope you gonna like it

Pencil seems to be your weak point, but your digital stuff is very good. I'd recommend honing your traditional skills a bit more though.
You're relying too much on outline. Try to capture form every now and then. Good luck!
BubbaGump, thanks I'll take it to heart
so lost my motivation over the last view days but a lil conversation with algen got me back up!
edit: post removed

Wow, Hygami those are some amazing studies. I wish I had your enthusiasm for drawing, you seem to churn these out like a machine!.
I'm very much interested in learning anatomy properly like you said in your first post so I'm looking forward to seeing your developement. If you don't mind writing a bit about techniques you discover or anything really, it would be eagerly read.
Absolutely awesome work, keep it up!
The anathomy studies are going really good, congrats!
About the paintings, let me say that I love how clear they are. I love this style!
alicelefay: thanks a bunch
Smashed_Pumpkin: I'm glad you like my stuff next post I'll be showing how i do stuff although i don't feel well about mentoring since I still have alot to lern myself
Yay!! Please show us the process! it would be very interesting!
