Hey dude, crazy improvment ! I really like your figures studies ! it seems that one of your weakness is to draw the head a bit too small ! Try to fix it asap, and you'll make a huge improvment ! Keep it up !

    so many studies! good shit.
keep the bigger proportions in mind with the figures.
your characters seem to have big, long upper bodies, and shorter, smaller legs.
might wanna pay attention to that a bit.
    looking great man.

@Catatafish: Thanks alot, it's always incredibly motivational when someone else can see my improvement (sometimes it can be hard for me to see myself )
@Walid D: Hahaha wish I had read you comment before i drew the characters in this update, their heads are tiny xD

    UPDATE:
Been to California --> Arizona --> Utah --> Nevada.
First some sketches from the Copenhagen to Atlanta plane. Then got strandet in atlanta airport ... not too many drawings from there because we were running from one plane to the next trying to get seats. go a seat right next to the toilet on the last plane. Yay for the smell
A few sketches from San Diego.
Then stayed at a really nice hotel in Sedona and drew the red rocks. lots of fun
Grand canyon is HUUUUUGE. Amazing thing to draw. Did 2 drawings. Had an old drunken indian come "duuuude, nice drawing!".
From there on to Zion. Vegetation is damn hard to draw, need to study that.
Then it was Las Vegas. didn't get too many drawings done. only a half-assed one of the pool area from the balcony. Pretty hard to read when you dont know what is actually is
Then drew a picture in the plane home and a character from imagination.

I just started at my new University (IT University of Copenhagen, taking a master in Computer Science). So not too many update in the next week or two until things settle into a pattern.

I got all excited when I saw the title of your sketchbook man. I live in a town called Braintree in the UK and so I though there was someone like me in this town! But no you're in Denmark... It's funny as well cos I know a guy who is doing a business course at university who is from Braintree and I know he is an awsome artist... Is it you? Lawrence?

I'm guessing it's not but oh well!

I kinda skipped to the end to say that. But I love the sketches of the grand canyon on this page man. Really nice lines.

    Josh

Nice Grand Cayon studies. It sounds like you had a lot of fun on your trip. I personal would get a bit motion sickness if I hopped on so many planes at once.

Make a sketchbook happy, feed it a tip to improve!
