Mischeviouslittleelf- Cheers mate, an honor to see you in here
BillHay thanks again Bill, am not quite sure if I'd call the Bridgmans 'beautiful', but thanks mate
So here's yet more quick character sketches, I love doing these, real quick and good fun.
and a little speedy photo study, Is still really uncomfortable when painting in Photo Shop so I'm going to try to do a lot more of these in the future, this ones just a mono, but I mite add colour later.
Lovely character stylization. You have a great synthesis eye!
Good good good and regood, really like your characters. And the ol man on blue paper is really cool too!
Thanks for stopping by my Sb i'll drop by and comment when you post more too!
I could have sworn I left a comment here but it disappeared...
Anyhow, I digged your bridgeman's studies and this new batch doesn't stray from the solidity of your previous endeavors.
Some of your character designs make me wonder if you've ever considered animating.
Good to see another young kiwi on here, although it does scare me how good you are at 16. Those character designs are fantastic, so much personality. I also envy your hatching technique, I just can't seem to get the hang of it. Loving the Bridgman's too, lets see some more of them aye?
Neolight Cheers mate, and yeah I'm considering going to an animation school here in Auckland.
jackpot anjr90- Hay thanks again man, I'll try to keep up that momentum!

Right today a quick photo study (about 25min) and some animal studies (more monkeys!).
good sketches, your line work is still good as always. Still gotta practice mine, and thanks for dropping my SB.
Oh and the guitarist is good as well. Nice looking. He has a thick neck though, but i presume its just the image you copied it from.
My57- Thanks again Sam, I've always wondered, what dose the '57' stand for?
Clochette- Always appreciate your posts, cheers.
I was really inspired when looking though kaktuzlime's (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=65824&page=14)sketchbook, and really liked some of the Monster silhouettes he dose, and the following silhouettes are done with his in mind.
and another quick photo study.
5 = S
7 = T
57 = ST
My57 = Myst
its leet talk. nerdy stuff, you know when they talk in numbers instead of letters, kinda like this:
| 4123 73|-| 13357!!!!
ill give you some time to figure it out xD
anyways i enjoy your thumbs of those creatures, the other stuff could have been a tad better. The portrait as well needs a bit of work.
My57- Cheers mate, lol I probably would have worked it out if I remembered your name was Myst!
DoctorPencil- Thanks mate, cheers for the stars!
Some sketches done in the food court at the mall, (mostly Asian faces for some reason), don't know why the kid looks so say, but I'd say its cos of his haircut.
Haven't done any of these since on the bus one time some old hag told me to stop drawing her, shame she would have made a great witch character.
solid stuff man, really enjoy the TC piece. Great sketches from life, keep it going.
loads of good stuff in here man! the guardian piece looks darn good!
your sketches blow me away too!
I SWEAR ON THE GRAVES OF ALL THE TALENTED FILIPINO ARTISTS WHO HAVE GONE BEFORE ME, THE FILIPINO ART LEGACY WILL CONTINUE!

Thanks for dropping by! Great improvements here too I see; very nice, very nice. I really really like that cartoony Ed Norton you made. Nice Hogarth studies also. I like the comparison with 2006. Nice improvement on that one.
You're 16, you've been drawing for 4 years now, and you show no signs of stopping by. The world is yours brother man! Never stop and NEVER LET DOWN!
Ooh I like how all your pieces have a lot of variety makes everything fun to look at!
