Hey everyone! It's been, eh... a while since my last sketchbook update. Now I'm 17 and taking art pretty seriously, so any critiques you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I lost my tablet pen a year or so ago. These are all done in pencil/charcoal.
This one's my favorite.
Ello Ello. As always awesome art. I like the first motorcycle demon better than the first one.
P.S. Don't think you ever showed me that Joker one...........Oh, and good art class memories lol.
LostinThoughts: Hey, thanks. I'm trying to do as many figure studies on my own as I can, but they're usually just random peops from google images, lol.
Trout:Haha. I agree that the first is better than the first.
Ok, here are some more that didn't make it through.
P.Soes anyone else have trouble loading their pics? Maybe it's me but I have to finagle it a lot. IDK, maybe I'm doing something wrong.
lol. I love how you can see the text on the back of the papers that you drew on in school. lol.
Trout: Your powers of observation have found my fatal flaw, lol.
Just got a new tablet for Christmas and here's what I've come up with so far. Two originals and a paint-over of an old sketch.
awesome stuff man. All of it.
Hey, thanks for the comments guys.
This was a spur of the moment thing. Took about 45 min,

Donalfall: "sniff" Thanks man, "sniff sniff," it means so much to hear you say that "breaks into heavy sobbing."
Seriously, thanks a lot for the kind words.
I drew. All day long. Now my hand hurts.
P.S. If you could be so kind as to tell me how to make a new page (it gets old to scroll to the bottom of such a large page) it would be much appreciated.
nice wolverine, love his expression.
I'm not gonna lie right now everything that you color on the computer looks too soft and smooth and shiny...idk just a comment from the troutsky...but anyway still awesome!
()nion: Eh, can't please everybody, but thanks for the comment nonetheless.
MasqueradedSin: Thanks, wolverine's one of my favorite comic book characters, so I felt I should give 'em a go.
Trout: I KNOW!!! And it's ticking me off. Everyone tells me "use a different brush," but airbrush gives the best tones. I developed a theory, however, and it involves texture brushes. I keep you informed.
DoubleThink: Yep. Pencil's where the heart is for me. Just gotta let go of my comfort object. But for me it's more like cut it away, lol.
Here's a t-shirt design. It's supposed to be funny, but that may have gotten lost in translation. The title: Knight Club (puns puns for everyones!)
Critique on this one would be greatly appreciated.
The knight drinking the lunch kinda looks like he's drinking blood lol.
EDIT: I mean punch. lol.
great work thumbs up keep up
Now isn't that cute ....
BUT ITS WRONG!!!
This is the Blight King. He would love to shake your hand.
Looks awesome but his hand is still looking kinda soft imo.
That's right, I'm 17 and still play with Nerf guns. But as nerdy as it is, you still wish you had this thing.
Geeky outburst for teh day:
This is a Nerf Firefly which I cracked open and modded (with the help of Ironic T and another friend). Then I spray painted it with primer, gave it a flat black coat and added some gold distressing (also with help of IronicT and aforementioned friend). Not sure whether the black is giving way to the gold underbelly, or vice versa, but I'm proud of the results. Looks kinda H. R. Giger-esque if you ask me.
My first time experiencing spray paint and acrylic, and it was pretty cool. Even though I chose a very basic color scheme it was good fun.
Futile attempt at speed painting.
And a real life piece done in colored pencil.
Cellphone cameras =/= scanners, lol.
