Talking digital painting books, colour theory books and traditional

Does anyone know some must have books for digital painting, color theory or traditional painting(concept art wise).

I'm talking about the best of the best books out their in anyone's opinion, that you can buy online. I kinda dont want to spend money on a book or books that will end up potentially shit.

I found some digital painting bible or something anyone know if that any good?

(note:not anatomy or drawing just painting related)
