The lighting in the first scene needs some work. Pancho is awesome looking and the run has some really good timing in it. The human isn't moving too well (seriously, everything that dude does needs at least one more pass(not rendering)). Pancho is really sliding a little bit too much in the second scene that he runs in the house (around that corner is ok, but then when he starts getting traction, one or two steps is enough he is still sliding a bit afterwards) There is something about the movement in the POV shot that seems a bit out of whack. It might be the same as the run try pitching the camera from side to side a little bit. The broom is a bit wonkey when it falls over... and feels a bit too posey when it comes down at first. I think the issue with the outside is that the house is the only thing in the entire environment made from warm colors. So without incorperating a few cool colors into that house and a few warm ones into the rest of the environment it seems almost pasted in. At the very end, that cheese push is almost believable but I would like to see a little more texture in the movement. The chees is moving at a pretty even pace.

This must have taken alot of time and effort man. Its really good.
