Hi guys! Thank you every one for the replies, they're definitely worth it.
I'm posting some of the trad. work I've been doing at college. Most are from observation; the purple/yellow one is from imagination, and las one is a perspective study that turned out quite crappy when painted.

wow nice traditional media! Really impressed. You have yourself a very cool sketchbook here full of stuff you are obviously pushing yourself in and learning from! Keep up the hard work its paying off! I particularly like the paintings from life at the top and the perspective is nice but Im not so sure about the colour scheme.
Keep it up dude!

Well guys, I'm finally on holiday! That means, a whole month to just draw and study.
I'm starting with these ones: a bit crappy, but anyway.
2 versions for these week's chow, a muscle thing, a failed attempt of a still life and a feline protrait from imagination.

Great, holiday! me too.
It looks like the top 4 pieces is done on a white background, while the last is done on a gray background. Your values are best on the last one, so maybe try starting on a gray background for future pieces?
I find a gray background much easier to work with than the white one.
Keep it up a months worth of improvement is alot
