    I would say keep working on the horse and don't worry about the blue for a little while.

    Add different tones to the blue background, looks too flat otherwise.

    Please use the attachment manager, instead of outside hosting the image.

    Darken the darks in the nose. Right now the eyes and ears have darker colors than the things in front of it.

    Looking pretty good. Awesome light sources and general shading. The obvious thing to do is to keep working on the horse.

    Once you're done with that try adding some variation to the blue background. A big blue background is boring.
