Question The wrong colour picker ?

A few weeks ago I managed to cock up my colour picker - one moment it was fine, then something happened and it was different.

I've tried to replicate the something and to sort out what it did.. but I can't work it out. It's still the adobe colour picker (as in Preferences>General) as it should be... but it's wrong. I'm still using PS 7 btw.

This is what I have now:
    The wrong colour picker ?

But I want it back to like this:
    The wrong colour picker ?

    Any thoughts appreciated - thanks!

It looks like you are using the Widows XP desktop theme instead of the classic one. Of course changing it will change the way all applications work instead of just the color picker.

Right-click on your desktop, click on Properties, then change the theme from the drop down menu to Windows Classic.

    No.

Click the button next to the H instead if the S.
    There, all fixed.
