ooo, thats really awesome! I love way you do these and your imagination in general, always a cool image.

edit: got one crit actually, the mountains look a little too sharp and not very distant in the image. I think if you worked on those a bit more and added some more atmosphere it'd be reaal solid

    OMFG that is fuckin' amazing

Edit: U can edit the mountains in to ways the first: as Mr Delicios said make them look like they are far away or the second: make them green with grass and trees and make them look like small hills

    A stunning piece!

I think reason you don't have a thumb showing in the forum listing is because in the threads where there's a thumb, the author has attached a specific thumbnail to the thread, and then used another image-host to show the pictures.

e.g I show the images from my website in this thread with an [img] tag and then attach a thumbnail with CA's attacher. Hope it gives clarification

Great work Baron, really impressive and evocative.
The only thing that bother me a little is the girl's face, that seems a little weird.
Anyway, love that kind of sweet giant creature. Lighting, casting shadows and environment is stunning, truly.

P.S: I actually see the right thumbnail in the FF list, check.
You may create a file whit a detail of your work in square proportions to use as a thumbnail, to attach whit your finished work. When you edit the post, you can use the paperclip icon to insert one of the images you have attached directly in the post (you'll see a list of images you have uploaded whit the "manage attachments" tool). The one you don't insert whit the paperclip icon will show at the end of the post and used as a thumbnail.
Hope that my donkey english will be understandable.

    Keep it up!

I love it, but I don't think the style of the girl matches the style of the rest.

What i like the most in thet piece is thet confrontation between worlds. Scenery ( nothing odd, nothing strange ) and that creature from the woods. Whole picture seem do tell that nothing special is happening but still the atmosphere is from other dimension. Great one!

Apart from the small crits some previous posters mentioned (especially the face), this is a pretty awesome piece. The creature design kicks ass man!

Wow, that is the coolest and most original creature I have seen in a long, long, long time. It's like insect mixed with eel - and a giant one. Even so, in a way his face looks somewhat like the little girl's face, so there is a human feel to him. Looks like the creature should be in water, or maybe it is just from another world. Great job!!!

Beautiful - I love the flowing ...um... fins? coming off the creature.

Gotta agree with crits on the girl's face, though - seems flat and inconsistent with the lighting of the environment and creature.
