You've put a ton of work into your progress as an artist. I must admit that I did not look at every page of your sketchbook. 80 + pages is a lot of material to glance through. But I did stop in at about every 2nd to 3rd page though, and I am most impressed by your sheer dedication to your craft and the care and attention you give to each study.
To this I say congratulations dude, your improvement from pure shit to gold has been most breath taking. It is really a true pleasure to see an artists progression in the way that I have seen here in your sketchbook.
There are of course areas in which improvement could still be made. I will attempt to outline a couple here.
I have noticed a consistent problem in your paintings and renderings thus far, especially in the human form and that is the natural surfaces, in particular fleshy textures, are not rendered well. Many of your live subjects have an almost plastic-like, or porcelain quality to them. I would suggest doing a series of longer studies of flesh tone, flesh texture, and the nature of highlights on different fleshy and organic surfaces.
You have made unbelievable progress in that area, but this is the biggest glaring flaw in your art that I could see at a glance.
Additionally, I think you should dedicate a little more time to fluidity in the human form. You have clearly developed a magnificent understanding of superficial human anatomy and it's application to art, but your imaginative and unreferenced studies show a certain rigidity to them that stems from a lack of understanding of how shapes should flow together to create a smooth and seamless appearance of weight and movement.
So to recap: Work to get a greater understanding of flesh textures and the nature of highlights and sub-surface scattering on and in living flesh, and work to make your creatures and people have the appearance of rhythmic and fluid motion. If you improve these two things then your work will shine all the brighter for it.
Again your work is a true inspiration, and I thank you for sharing your progress with the rest of us, and all the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Izzual: Thanks! I have two reasons: 1) Its a pretty boring image, nothing behind it, if I'm not interested than it probably won't get done. 2) I do quite a lot of polished stuff for clients that I can't show, so sometimes just sketching for the sake of making sketches without having to commit can be really relaxing

Great update as usual, you definitely have the moral high ground here :') Gorgeous stuff, real clean brushstrokes... I saw the Drizzt piece on Deviantart, really love the way you managed to capture that sunset-y glow, the lighting's perfect. One thing I have noticed, is you seem to use a similar compostion to that one alot - main focal point/character in front, secondary focal point/character in the back, maybe some framing elements...
Not saying it's a bad thing, it works really well, just thought I'd point it out just in case you hadn't noticed (and because I can't find anything to crit and I'm getting tired of saying how good your textures are. :'] )
You're kicking ass here, fer sure.
