    Great work, dude!

If for whatever reason, you get discouraged, just let me know and I can show you my work from I was 15! You ought to feel much better after that!

Good to see that you keep pushing yourself!
    I should do these posemaniacs-60s-thing too. ^_^

In your Photoshop paintings you should really watch your edges and your plane use of color. Try to mix them with colors all around the object. Focus and take your time. In that lime stilllife you used just one green color...

I know it's harder than it sounds and I still got the same issues, but try to work on it and you will see that it will improve study by study.

    Don't stop pushing yourself!

hunchback: Too true, I end up making shit up too often

blexano: Thanks, I will. I panicked with that lime haha, 15 minutes was maybe too short And you don't neccessarily need to do 60s posemaniacs, I just never really got the basics of figure making down and now i'm paying the price

SP, colours aren't so accurate, the eyes I couldn't get right so forgive the awfulness of it all

hey! nice to see all the studies here.

as for your proportions that you say are poo, dont worry about it to much. The more studies you do the better it gets on its own. Eventually proportion will be a natural thing when you draw a person. (depending on the pose)

My observational skills may be great but i said nothing about my drawing skills

    Miles_: Thanks, progress is slow

Fumble: Hopefully after 100 I won't suck quite so much

    YihyoungLi: OK

Meissner: Ah same, but I had surprise visit from a friend and then went out. The lighting was different after

snobbyoo: Thats the plan Cheers bro

Wasn't in the mood today, just one of those things
Just some 3 hour photoshop thing, from values and the colour overlay at the end. Her leg is kinda stumpy, her arm is too straight and oddly rigid, I need to learn to draw hands and her boobs are perfectly horizontally aligned. Better luck next time.

Me and Dile got talking about light and colour last night and I had to get my head around some pretty big ideas. I feel guilty for even touching colour without understanding it D: I think theres alot of observation to do now.

SP #4 I do believe. Kinda liking this resemblance wise, and also using desaturation to portray temp changes and stuff. The stuff in the shadows is light from the computer screen I think.

Hey you have some cool stuff going on in here, keep it up! I like the self portraits, but one thing I noticed on the latest SP is that the upper right part(opposite from the edge by your nose) of your eye cavity of your right eye (the one on the left looking at the image) appears to go a little flat. I think you're losing some form in there that you presented on the same spot on the other eye. Good work though, you're improving quickly. Keep it up

What I meant to say before is that it looks like you're losing form on the side of your right eye, and that the eye cavity should be making the form turn more. Now that I look at it again, it looks fine to me though, hahaha. Sorry for giving you a bad crit.

Thanks everyone. Won't really have the time to post much until about the 1st of August, I have a friend coming to stay. Even then I would like to make more of my social life so probably not as heavy updates as I'd have liked.

You're improving too fast man. People have difficulties keeping up with you The selfportraits are getting better and better. Fast. Good to see you're working environments, obviously one of your week-spots. Just keep working on them and they will get better. I suggest using more colour-variation, considering nature is full of all kind of different colours. Just makes it much more interesting to look at in the first place.

Again, you're doing a super-great job so keep it up.

the one thing i would like to point out in your last update is your castle wall or w.e. is not shaded to well and should probably be a bit darker. I doubt you will work on it, but just for future reference.
