Well some photo studies. I feel all bad after looking at worst of ca. Such terrible attitudes are like poison to look at, I feel kinda strange now haha like I really don't wanna become like them. Not much drawing today, but like I said, was lounging

It is awesome to see you're delving into all aspects of studies.

I should do that to be honest
I find the PDF Loomis illustrations hard to study though as they're so light. Might have to scout around for the actual book if it does still exist .

Hey nice progression from page1 to now, I can see real improvement, especially with regards to proportions, getting it right is very hard as I well know.

Good practice, will be an exciting journey

Vehkt: Nice to see you around again, I thought you were just another 'given up' statistics. Good luck trying to get a Loomis book, about £100 I think these days.

    Alextooth: Thanks

Yes, the amount of drawing you've been doing has been serving you. Keep it up, and I'd recommend doing some master studies. See how others have solved the problems that you're dealing with. It's not cheating, it's the whole "standing on the shoulders of giants" idea.

Like I said, keep it up.

Wilbur: Hmm I think it's probably kindof soon to be doing master studies. To be honest the idea had never really crossed my mind.

Stuff from yesterday, after school went to a friends house to revise/play the Xbox lol. Then I was completely tired afterwards so I churned this out and slept. Will do more today

Photo study and SP. My eyes seem pretty big and the lines are pretty straight

Some poses from reference..background was like a 5 min thing so it doesn't make much sense.

    60 sec Posemaniacs...cos I miss them :'(

Sortof didn't apply anything I'd learn at all in this I always intend to do more weighted characters and end up with a stiff mass of torso and hip Design was first priority (should never be I know) was meant to be a post-apocalyptic police enforcer..armour got a bit shit after the shoulders haha

Drawing this week will be tough, to give you basic idea of what's crammed into this week: History Exam, 3 different Science exams, Tetanus Injections and a 3 page english speech that I've learnt to memory. So yeah, makes me realise just how precious my time is and I won't be wasting it from here on in

Urrm did my first oil pastel today as well for my metallic project at school but I don't think I can bring that home.

Some lady i did from mind. Not sure if I like this, I always mean to properly render a character but by the time I'm past the planning stage there simply isn't enough time.

    Hey Sam!

Been a while buddy - I finally start checkin out CA again and you've improved!

Nice one - all this study is giving your pics much more confident lines

But - you still drawing jelly-people a bit I see :/ hmm I guess you could think of it as remember the human body is more like a mech with bio on top than a blob of bio with structure floating around inside... errrrm does that make sense?

Anyways - I'm liking what I'm seeing with the improvement - keep going!
