    Update

Sorry for not posting for some time. I have been busy with school work. And than I had to take a time off to recover . So here is my update from today. I have been practicing expressions again, more intesly. So far I made it to joy, sadness, anger. I would like to learn two more tomorrow + repeating the old onse. I know some heads are off, but since theese are just quick sketches I dont really care. Any comments are very wellcome. time to get some sleep

I didnt use any refference, except for studying the shapes of face at the begining, than I did all the others from my mind.

Did women figure studies today. I started with some photos, than posemaniacs, ended up trying some without refference. This is my first attempt tho.. so I'll keep working on this.

I really like the sense of motion i get from your figure drawings! the poses you draw really feel like they're moving and not just standing there. Though some of the more still-poses seem like they're floating a bit, but that's probably just because there's no background

    very nice sir

Hey there, I can see a lot of sketches here, nice work but I recommend you to practise some working with charcoal on white/brown paper 100x70cm - It reall helps, you can focus on pose, anathomy and general overlook.
About faces? Dont give me wrong but you should stop drawing expressions and instead draw some precise head anatomical studies (grammar/vocabulator mailfunction?) and then go up to the harder stuff. First head construction, skull, muscules, skin, lightning. Then expression. And I encourage you to take your sketchbook everywhere you go draw a lot your friends and random people(better if they don't know about it - face expression will be more natural). That's all from me. Keep on working

Nice amount of studies. It looks like your getting down the form and volume rather quickly.

Thank you for the reply in my sketchbook. To reply back: Thank you. I do draw lots, but I feel like I can draw even more. I don't come to a three hours a day, like you do. I have a main focus which I study upon: Anatomy. Right now I'm tackling hands. But furthermore I just draw what I feel like. It has to be fun and a learning experience at the same time. The studies are from George Bridgman: Link to amazon

Keep up your studies. You will get there!
