Hey, I like your figure drawing stuff. The robot designs are cool. Some of your figures seems kinda stiff though. Check out this post. It might help with that. Good luck with the structure of man DVDs. After a while you'll be able to start drawing the human figure from your mind just like the DVDs says.

    Anatomy studies

I am still studying theese tutorials. Need to speed it up tho, still many to get it done. Here is a page I did, there are more of them, but since it's a practice and studying I guess one is enought.

    today's practice

Ok, so I still try to learn more about human anattomy and figure. Now I am working on the head. It's kind of harder than I thought, I am able to draw basic head with it's proportions from my mind. But I still need to work a lot on making it look like human beeing. Any comments are very wellcome. What next step should I take in impoveing the head part? I guess I'll start to do portraits and stuff.

    Poses

So, after a long brake I post something new. I didnt stop drawing tho. I was studying the anatomy as I said, and I thought it might be boring just post the same things over and over again. So since I finally know the muscles and their location I started to work on poses. Here is a bunch. For better practice I did some studies from pose maniacs and those poses with a red dot have been done with no refference. Any comments are very wellcome.

So, today I tried one more detailed sketch without a refference. Than I decided to work more on pose and its dynamic. So I did bunch from posemaniac, and again those with red dot are done without a reff.

    Update

So as I said I looked up bunch of tutoryals. I think it helped me a lot. My focus was dynamic and action poses. Anatomy and proportions will be added later, once I ll be able to do good action poses. So, the plan so far is to practice the poses and move on to an another pose tutorial.

all the pics were done with no refferenc

Update from today. Again the same stuff as before, tried to make it more dynamic by practicing poses and such. Also went throught a tutorial of animation to get an idea about motion. Will look up a head tutorial, so I can stop drawing those crosses acros the face .

Great Anatomy Studies you have got going on in here (something I am starting myself).

Personally I don't think there's anything wrong with them, at least as far as I can tell. Just keep at it and more people will start commenting eventually.
What I would recommend is maybe starting to do some more detailed sketches, really focusing on one area, such as hands (for example), then start looking into the finer details of their structure.

    Keep up the good work.

    Update

So, another figure practice. I did it in a class room, hiding it so teacher doesnt get mad that I am not paying attention. I just dont get why we have to have some subjects... it seems to me like a waste of time. Anyway, I started with the head tutorial, made it to a skull so far. Will post some later.

    update

even tho I have spent almost 8 hours studying and drawing today, theese are the only pictures worth showing. I looked up a lot of books and tried to learn how to draw hands, but it didnt work out well. So I decided to draw hands from a book by Hogarth. I guess it gave me a lot, so tomorrow I'll post some hands with no reff.

    My not seen work

Hi, this is work I was doing for a fantasy project. It might have looked like I was not doing much thouse couple months agou (that long breake between posts), but I was working. I would like to show you what I am capable of for now in concepting props, buildings and some machines. And I want to keep improving (I mean all sides of concept art). Some of it has been here before, but I have deleted it. Any critique is very wellcome. Hope you like it .

Hey, another update for today. I did all this stuff on a train during my way home. No reff, and lots of bumbs on the road . As I said before, I am trying the technique of many smaller sketches, and hope it gets better after some time.

sorry for the big pictures, there is no photoshop on this computer, so I will edit them after I get back to my laptop

This is work from today (not all pages tho). I have been practicing hands (including mine, that has hurt sometimes because of long drawing XD). Some pictures are done with reff, the last picture is all with out any reff. I know I have to keep practicing, but I guess theese basics are good enough for now, so I'll move on to the foot again.
