    Question Wacom: Graphire vs. Intuos

    Ok quick question folks,
Whats better the latest Graphire or the Intuos?
I've worked with the Intuos and I think its awesome, but is there any significant difference from a graphire? Graphire's have less pressure sensitivity... but how much does this differ or really matter? Graphire is also cheaper....

I had a graphire2 for awhile, and then upgraded to the intuos2, and you would be very very surprised at what the difference in size and pressure sensitivity makes... I am by far very satisfied with the intuos2 and it is well worth the expense if you are seriously into making digital art.

EDIT: oops, gekitsu reminded me, almost forgot about TILT! If you use painter, this is a godsend. unquestionably worth the money.

a friend of mine owns a graühire2 and i have my old trusty intuos1. if you can afford an intuos, go for it.

i could not imagine working without tilt/bearing sensitivity again.

If you have the money definitely definitely INVEST in the Intuos.

The graphire "will do" if its all you can afford, its what I have, and work with. But I've also used the Intuos and love it, there is a big difference. I assure you I'll invest in the Intuos as soon as I can afford it.
