    Kraken, argh!

Okay, so this isn't *exactly* the topic...but it's my first DGS, so I think I should get slack. I'm trying to get better at speed paintings/concept art...I think this will help! I'm going to try doing this a lot more often. 'Cause it's awesome.

Sen Holiday: Nice idea. Great that you're thinking outside the box, although you might want to devote a bit more time to your sketches. Welcome to the DSG!
lkjhgfdsa: Really cool colour scheme. Nice details on both the ships and the beast.
benkashmir: Nice contrasts between warm and cold colours. Keep it up!

Well, I guess this is right before they land a spaceship on it. Around 30 mins.

sen - not too related to the topic, but its funny.

lkjhgfdsa - awsome. i love all the mess of smoke and bug going on there.

iambanana - nice x-files atmosphere, it looks like they are arresting the poor "little" dude.

r13 - i love the reflection on the right one.

corspufo - haha, nice diffrent take on the subject , and well drawn one as well.

Any recommendations for wiping out the agonizing white space in the upper right? Or does it actually help to bring the eye along the scene?

benkashmir: Nice one! Using the engines wasn't an obvious choice.

It occured to me that the engine heat may do more harm than an impact...
No need to wreck a ship too!
