They don't suck balls at all. I like the life drawing studies.

On that last one there's something weird going on with her right leg just above the knee - probably because the shadow on the side of the leg is as dark as the shadow under her leg so it looks like a large fold in the skin, rather than just a light shadow.

    Nice sketch book.

~Faust~: thanks, it was fun to do, you should do some master studies to, you'll learn so much!
Raiderukkus: thanks dude, i only hope for improving
MacTire: thanks dude! Here's some more lifedrawing in ink!
Ratish: hey! yeah i find when you render the anatomy studies with a little more care, it sticks in my mind some more.
mike butkus: coming from you, sir, it's a BIG compliment! thanks for the comment
    Kristo Novo: thanks! i will
Josef K.: thanks man, you're doing mighty fine yourself!

lifedrawing stuff from last week, all in ink and ink wash. 8 minute poses. god i cannot wait for just charcoal again. You cannot permit any mistakes with that friggin' ink, or lay in some light lines...ah well, guess its good for something

Ink is very helpful in increasing line confidence though

Whereas if you had forgiveness with charcoal, ink can give you the ability to make quick, correct decisions

Nice figure studies, I'd say most of your decisions were correct =)

I find it incredible unfair that you guys get the young and beautiful models while we have to deal with drunken hobos and old hags all the time!

Very sweet lines, man, makes me tremble with envy!

~Faust~: i do have mostly middle-aged women, we once had a really attractive young model, but only for 2 times or so, bummer . I do wish we had some muscular men for a change, thats a real challenge! , well for muscular men i draw myself in the mirror then

    doodle from tonight..
