update glass sphere study for the ssg study from way back, that's all I had time to do for now hopefully I'll find more time this weekend to do the other studies.
and very, very nearly finished the Grand Theft Orchestra, lots of polishing now and sorting out focus points and doing the back of the card. Any crits welcome, I think I'll stick it in the crits section..
Yay...finally finished the painting (but I'm sure I'll see stuff to fix) any crits welcome. Took a while to do the border but I found it quite relaxing and now just need to put in the title text and design the back of the card...

2. Firefly crew progress, the darker ones are finished (well not quite, Mal is bugging me, I need to refine a bit more) the faded ones are the pencil sketches that I'll draw over the top in Photoshop before I start the painting phase.
[I'm going to do bodies on them and put them either in the dining room of Serenity or the cockpit, not sure. I want to practice enviroments and lighting so I might do each person in their own space, not sure at the moment.]

That's very nice of you to say keevy I'm working on that
Another blast from the past - something I did for my GCSE's (would have been 15)..painted in watercolour on sugar paper I believe, I remember this being a labour of love, I really wanted to capture the shininess of his shirt, didn't quite get there...
I've been meaning to drop by here for a while now, I really enjoyed your last set of caricatures back in #800...and it was nice to see the source ref. too, I always enjoy seeing where the art departs from the source.
Looking forward to more
